I’m a REALTOR® with the DNA Homes Team in Guelph. Before I ever talked to a client about a house, I spent years behind the bench coaching hockey. The two jobs are closer than you’d think.

Good coaching starts with knowing where the player is today, agreeing on where they want to go, and building a plan to get there. Then you practise, adjust, and stay calm when the game doesn’t go to script. That’s how I work with buyers and sellers. We set the goal together and walk through the plan so you know what’s coming. When the market shifts or an offer comes back differently than expected, we adjust and keep going.

How I work with clients

• Preparation first. Players perform better when they know the play. You’ll know the process, the numbers, and the next step before we take it.
• Honest feedback. A good coach tells you what’s working and what isn’t. I’ll give you a straight read on pricing, offers, and timing, even when it isn’t what you were hoping to hear.
• Team effort. Nobody wins alone. You’ll have me, the full DNA Homes Team, and the eXp Realty, Brokerage network behind you.
• Staying steady. Buying or selling a home can get emotional. My job is to keep us level-headed so decisions get made on the plan, not on the panic.
